Not Just a Pretty Face . . .
The Kingdom Maker team has a slew of improvements planned for Nobles, and today the very first of these improvements is now available to everyone: the Noble Visual Update!Just the first of many Noble enhancements, the Noble Visual Update is an improvement to Kingdom Maker’s art that sets the stage for new features, new gear, and new adventures. Those are yet to come, and we’re eager to share more information when the time is right. In the meantime, improved visuals for Nobles, NPCs, quest rewards, and equipment are the first step to enabling many of the planned features and improvements. Here’s a gallery of some of the new visuals. Feast your eyes, but before you go, please read on to learn some key information!

Armor, weapons, and other items will be updated to the new look automatically, but aside from their gear, your Nobles may look the same as ever. There’s a way to change that.
Drink Me
Fortunately, everyone will have the opportunity to choose just the right appearance for their Noble family using the new art. Everyone can claim up to 18 bottles of a brand new consumable: Liquid Face Rearranger .
Using a bottle of Liquid Face Rearranger on a Noble opens a menu to completely change that Noble’s appearance: hair, features, skin tone, build–everything. Feel free to experiment, because as long as the choices aren’t confirmed, backing out of the menu will not consume the bottle.
Please keep in mind that once a Noble’s appearance is confirmed, the bottle will be consumed. Further changes can’t be made without using another bottle of Liquid Face Rearranger, so it’s best to be sure before confirming. Finally, it won’t work on inbred nobles. It’s a powerful potion, but it’s not that powerful.
Also, using rearranger changes that Noble’s ‘genetics’ for determining the appearance of their future offspring.
This is the first time an item like this has ever been made available, and at least for now, more won’t be available. That means this is the entire supply, so please use them with care.
We hope you enjoy the visual update and we’re excited to share more Noble enhancements in the coming months.
