Banners of War Battle Pass

Now's your chance to earn a new Epic Champion, a new Banner, and Scrolls brimming with magic. This season also features webstore exclusives, new Battle Pass Keys, a new way to battle, and more.

Read on for details!

Banners of War Battle Pass

This season’s Battle Pass begins today, March 22, and it’s packed with badass rewards aimed squarely at defeating rival players. Grab them all and prepare to be an absolute menace in Capitals & Guilds events:

Vul’koth the Manslayer – He is an orc driven by vengeance, though he refuses to speak about the events that ignited his furious campaign of destruction. Vul'koth punishes enemies with his Strangling Eruption ability, sapping their movement speed with heat and smoke.

Vul’koth offers bonus damage to Crossbowmen in his Battalion, bonus damage vs Humans, bonus Battalion size, and his Strangling Eruption ability slows enemy troops in a large area of effect.

Stay alert for Events that reward extra Vul’koth shards beginning March 29 and April 5!

New Banner: Manslayer’s Banner – This banner compliments Vul’koth’s abilities, providing bonus damage for Crossbowmen, bonus damage vs Humans, and defense vs Boulder damage.

Potent new siege consumables:

Scroll of Shatterstone – When a Noble is affected by this scroll, their Army deals bonus damage to gates and city walls.

Scroll of Fortification – When a Noble is affected by this scroll, the City they occupy has bonus health on gates and city walls.
These scrolls are available in different rarities. Higher rarity versions last longer and provide stronger bonuses, but the bonuses from multiple scrolls don’t stack, only the strongest one applies.

Miss some Events, or just want to advance through the Battle Pass faster? Be sure to check out the Battle Pass Point Packs in the Store along with other special offers to help you gear up quicker.

Players who earn Battle Pass points over the cap will gain progress in the Overachiever Event which offers a chance to earn additional rewards such as gold, Molten Runes, and Glacial Runes.

Special Events

Battle Pass Daily Challenges and different Event Challenges begin every day at 19:00 UTC during the Battle Pass. They’re how you can earn Battle Pass Points toward earning the awesome rewards mentioned earlier.

As usual, some of the best and most rewarding events begin each Friday at 19:00 UTC. Be sure to keep an eye on your Capitals & Guilds campaigns unlock schedule! The rewards from this Battle Pass are particularly potent in player vs player combat.

Exclusive Webstore Bonuses

Did you know that every purchase on the Kingdom Maker webstore comes with +10% bonus Gold and Crowns to spend in the Crown shop?

The arrival of the Banners of War Battle Pass also introduces webstore exclusive Elite Loyalty Battle Passes! These packs are similar to the Elite, Elite+, and Elite++ unlocks you’ll find in the in-game store, but contain additional bonuses, including the new siege consumables mentioned above, and the top tier pack contains an all-new Battle Pass Key–all for the same price as their in-game counterparts.

Express your generosity to friends and Alliance mates (and help buff them up) by sending them a Battle Pass Key via tribute. They can then use their shiny new key to unlock the Battle Pass Vault that appears in the Stuff tab, and enjoy all the benefits that an Elite Battle Pass unlock has to offer.

There is a catch, though. The Battle Pass Key exclusives are currently only available for players who’ve unlocked the Elite version of the previous Invasion Battle Pass.

It Was a Battlefield Blitz

Kingdom Maker’s battles are spectacular affairs well worth spectating, but sometimes you want to crush a few enemies on the go. Enter Rapid Strike!

Rapid Strike is a new way to do Battle in Kingdom Maker, where combat resolves er. . . rapidly! New Rapid Strike targets will begin appearing on the map (featuring a handy, Rapid Strike icon and descriptive tag when tapped). When an Army is sent out on a Strike versus one of these targets, there’s no spectating, no replay, nor can they be reinforced. Instead the battle resolves in a few seconds, and your Army will stage where the Strike was previously, immediately ready to embark on another Strike–if they’re not too wounded, of course. Strikes are intentionally tuned so several can be defeated before the attacking army needs to head home for healing, and Strike targets will appear in biomes appropriate for their faction, so it’ll be possible to gear up an Army to be particularly effective against those targets.

Rapid Strike will be available for the first time in early April, and then stay alert for Rapid Strike Events to follow, mid-month.

Strike Now While You Can!

Heed the call to the Banners of War Battle Pass before it ends April 15 at 19:00 UTC.
